Sometimes we have problems that are easy to forget or very difficult to remember something that we have memorized before, for these students will definitely affect the value of the lesson. To overcome these two problems is arguably easy and difficult, but the main key is consistency, effort, and also a strong will to change in order to remember something.
It will be very annoying and worrying at the same time if we forget not to lock the gate when we have traveled quite a distance, forget to bring a wallet when we are in the office, forget to remember the lessons just delivered by the subject teacher, etc. Difficult to remember and easy to forget is not a trivial problem, because it certainly can have a bad impact on our lives if left on continuously.

1. Exercise Routine
Routine exercise both walking and cycling can maintain and improve the functioning of the brain, because when we exercise the blood circulation to the brain more smoothly and that will increase brain function. Routine exercise can also make a person sleep during sleep where this can also help maintain brain function.
2. Eat Certain Foods
Of the various types of food in the world, there are some foods that are known to improve brain memory. For example, food ingredients that contain vitamins and antioxidants such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, fish, and so forth.
3. Socializing
Someone who rarely interacts with anyone tends to experience stress and forget often, therefore to prevent stress and forget we should often interact with people around us, starting from father, mother, brother, family, friends, or friends.
4. Picnic
If you have been very stressed due to work piling up and the desire to leave but it never materialized or other problems, then you can take a few days off to go on vacation. Picnics can relieve stress and help control the cortisone hormone which can cause stress on the brain. Picnics don't have to be far away, just where you want to go, or where it's cool and soothing.
5. Read a Book Often
One that is easy to do in order to hone your memory is to diligently read books, especially books that contain general science. When you read a book there will be coordination between the eye and the brain where the eye functions as a catcher of data from the book and the brain will accept it and will process it. It is recommended to read a book in a quiet place, there is no noise and enough lighting so that reading can run well. Reading a book can be started from a theme or whatever you like.
Those are some ways to improve memory in the brain, do what you can do, do not forget to eat foods that contain lots of vitamins so that our brains always receive adequate intake.
